Changes in Release 1.123 (2026/08/09)

Admin Console

  • New: Access Diagnosis answers why a client can or cannot reach a destination. Start it from a user, a client or an asset, and it shows the access decision, the services that target the destination, the policies that match, and the conditions that failed.
  • Fixed: Opening Connections from a user, client or asset kept the search term from the previous page, so the list stayed filtered and could come up empty.

Agents

  • New: The desktop client now shows when a client or asset has been disabled in the Admin Console, instead of keeping its previous state. The Connect button is greyed out and explains that the device reconnects on its own once it is enabled again.
  • Changed: The Diagnostics page keeps the result of the last run instead of starting a new one every time the page is opened, and shows when that run happened.
  • Fixed: Updating the Windows agent could delete the tunnel program while the tunnel was still running, leaving the client unable to connect until it was reinstalled.
  • Fixed: On an asset, the Diagnostics page checked the default XplicitTrust services instead of the ones assigned to the tenant, and reported success even when the asset could not reach them.
  • Fixed: The client could crash while measuring the quality of a connection.
