- New Support page allows you to manage tickets from management consoles.
- You can create new tickets, add comments to existing tickets, and close tickets.
- Accessible from the Management Console by hovering over the tenant name in the top right corner and selecting Support.
- Accessible from the Partner Portal through an entry at the bottom of the left panel after selecting a Tenant.
- Fixed login with IDEE.
- Support for creating new users for tenants using IDEE authentication.
