Changes in Release 1.116 (2026/06/21)

Admin Console

  • New: The Policy Assistant can now extend an existing policy instead of only creating a new one, and is available for Subnets as well as assets.
  • New: Access Insights and Asset Services now show the process or service behind each connection, and you can search by it.
  • New: When creating a service definition from an Asset's edit view, the asset's currently listening services are suggested.
  • Fixed: A device whose system clock was significantly wrong could be shown as having connection problems when it did not.

Agents

  • Changed: xtna-util now reports the server's reason when asset registration fails — for example, a duplicate name or IP address — instead of only an HTTP status code.
  • Fixed: On Linux hosts also running Docker, XplicitTrust Network Access could apply its rules to the wrong firewall backend, breaking connectivity.
  • Fixed: On SUSE / SLES 15, the agent could not update itself automatically.
  • Fixed: A race while renewing credentials could force an agent to sign in again from scratch.
