Managing admin access to the XplicitTrust Command Console

This article explains how to grant admin privileges to Azure AD users by assigning Application Roles for the XplicitTrust Network Access Azure AD Enterprise Application.

The Management.Admin role grants the user the right to log in with the XplicitTrust Network Access Management Console.

Assign the Management.Admin role following the instructions at Managing Roles

Azure AD administrators are always allowed to log in

Azure AD users that have one of the following roles are always allowed to log in to the XplicitTrust Command Console with admin privileges:

* Global Administrator
* Application Administrator
* Cloud Application Administrator
